Thursday Mar 30th Discussion Risks
Everyone in software development and support deals with risk on an ongoing basis: developers, testers, BAs, Project managers, data architects.... Every methodology has a different way of looking at it. Agile teams, waterfall teams, COTS creators, COTS users, heavy process, small companies, startups, all have to deal with risk in some fashion and most of them change how they do it over time. What works for you? What have you seen? Come talk with us.
Discussion will be lead by Sherry Heinze.
